Being able to have the opportunity to be part of the team has allowed me to have experiences and learning that I did not imagine I would have when I just started. All the work we do is paid for something that, in my opinion, cannot be quantified, and that is to see the car roll and know that it is the product of your effort and that of your colleagues. Thanks to the formula I have had the opportunity to travel, learn, meet incredible people and above all to be able to work on what I am most passionate about.
